Introducing the new event-based form workflows

The new event-based form workflow builder comes with enhanced features to simplify workflow creation and management.

What to expect while creating a form workflow?

  1. Actions that are logically narrowed down based on form event and when it is run
  2. Easy-to-mange workflows that are presented as form and event-specific entities
  3. Ease of navigation through workflows and ability to rearrange execution order of workflows for form events
  4. New applications will by default feature the new event-based form workflow builder
  5. Update Form Workflows

What needs to be done to the existing form workflows?

  1. Form workflows in the existing apps need to be updated for them to be compatible with the new builder
  2. The Update tab is introduced in the Account Setup section to facilitate update process
  3. You can update apps until June 30, 2020, after which the remaining apps will automatically be updated
